The system still reports a valid position. Can you trust it?
Navigation consumers can act on a fix the receiver itself has not rejected.
DEMONSTRATION SCENARIO
This is a demonstration scenario. It is not a live demonstration and does not report an executed result.
Navigation is in use. The receiver is presenting a fix it still accepts.
Nothing on the navigation display looks failed.
A display that still looks valid can be a fix independent evidence rejects, a source whose integrity is falling, or a fix the receiver has already dropped. Those do not share a repair.
Switching sources because a lamp turned red should not count when the lamp never turned.
V8Y must distinguish an accepted fix that independent evidence rejects from a falling integrity indication and from a fix the receiver itself has already dropped.
Hazard continues for anyone still navigating on that fix.
Not recovery
Success is not a fix that still looks valid.
Recovery
Success is agreement with an independent source, and the disagreed fix stays out of use.
Observed results
No executed results are published for this thread.
These are the conditions the evaluation would test. They are not reported results.
Grounded in documented conflict-adjacent GNSS spoofing, including cases where aircraft and ships kept an apparently usable fix. This demonstration is not a replay of a named flight. Jamming and false ship identities are different faults.
